I think that taste is very personal. Everyone is different and so many people are different tastes in certain things, however when you find someone with the same taste as you, it's gold dust. We recently had a lecture on 'taste makers', these people were pioneers in their own way, from influencers within the fragrance industry, to people within the interior design world, it was really interesting to see how one person can have an effect on a whole industry. It got me thinking about my own personal taste, who I admire fashion wise to who interests me in the design world. Here are a few people I chose...

I've followed Amy for a few years now on Instagram and what an absolute gem she is. She lives life with such a happy outlook, and how could you not when you live in such a beautiful place with a hunky husband and beautiful giggling child. Oh and not to mention a wardrobe to die for. What seems to be an eclectic mix of Free People, vintage finds and pieces from her travels, Amy completely owns the laid-back bohemian look.

Who doesn't love a bit of mimi, from her infectious grin to her perfectly ombre'd hair, she is an absolute dream, and nails laid back festival style.

You'll probabaly recognise Gillian from 90210's Ivy. She has an effortless cool about her and just want to be her pal. lol. She's a pretty funky lady and king of laid back.
